• Opravdu věřím, že 7. říjen byl hrozný a že bychom měli volat po propuštění zbývajících rukojmích, a že to, co se právě teď děje v Gaze, je hrozné a že se to nemusí vzájemně vylučovat. Civilisté by neměli být obviňováni za aktivity svých vlád, a to platí pro izraelské civilisty, platí to pro palestinské civilisty a platí to i pro americké civilisty.
  I truly believe both that Oct. 7 was horrible and we should be calling for the release of the remaining hostages, and that what’s going on in Gaza right now is horrible, and those don’t have to be mutually exclusive. Civilians shouldn’t be blamed for their government actions, and that’s true of Israeli civilians, and it’s true of Palestinian civilians, and it’s true of American civilians.
